If you have booked phone sessions please set your phone to ‘Do Not Disturb’ mode.
Use headphones or earphones if you can – that way you hear me better and there is more privacy for you.
Have a pen and paper or notes app ready to note down any ideas or action plans.
I'll also send you follow up notes but putting things in your words will make our work more effective.
This is time for you to focus on yourself - so relax into our time together with your favourite drink.
