In my 20's and 30's I acquired a broad range of professional experiences in the corporate and academic world, including several years living abroad and several more travelling internationally for business. The discovery of hypnotherapy and coaching in my 40's rekindled a self-belief and a desire to excel.

After achieving a Distinction in my Hypnotherapy and Coaching Diploma I decided to expand my knowledge of the mind and undertook a prestigious Master's Degree in Psychology. I ambitiously set my sights on another Distinction grade  - and succeeded!

My Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching practice quickly became the most five-star reviewed in the region and it was clear that my combined delivery of the two disciplines are a force to be reckoned with. 

I now specialise in helping entrepreneurs whose personal and business growth is being affected by complex/childhood trauma symptoms.
